Welcome to Sports Tracker. By using the Sports Tracker mobile application ("App") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts

You may create an account using your email address or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sports Tracker.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sports Tracker only for its intended purpose: tracking beer pong games and statistics within your league. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

3. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile photos, display names). By submitting content, you grant Sports Tracker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content as needed to operate the service.

Game statistics, scores, and related data entered into the App may be visible to other users within your league.

4. Intellectual Property

The Sports Tracker name, logo, design, and all original content within the App are the property of Sports Tracker. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Sports Tracker available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sports Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Tracker and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted game data or statistics.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App. Your continued use of Sports Tracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
