Sports Tracker ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the Sports Tracker mobile application ("App") and this website.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Sports Tracker, we may collect the following personal information:

• Email address — used for account creation and login
• Display name — shown to other users in your league
• Profile photo — optionally uploaded by you
• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account

We also collect game-related data you enter, including scores, shot statistics, and game results.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your profile to other league members
• Track and display game statistics
• Provide support when you contact us
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform. Supabase stores data on secure servers and provides row-level security to protect your information. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage.

4. Third-Party Services

Sports Tracker uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Apple App Store — app distribution

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of our users
• With service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., Supabase), under strict data-processing agreements

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Game statistics may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion to preserve league records.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the App
• Update your profile information at any time
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

Sports Tracker is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App. Your continued use of Sports Tracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
